6.1. All prices displayed on the KARASI online store are in Saudi Riyals.
6.2. Prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

7. Payment Methods and Payment Channel Fees
Payment methods available through the store may vary and will be displayed to the customer during checkout.
The applicable payment channel fees are as follows:

8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are subject to the shipping policy published by KARASI.
Delivery Coverage
Shipping is available to all cities and governorates across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Delivery Location
Delivery is made to the customer’s building location.
Delivery does not include entering:
- Apartments.
- Villas.
- Houses.
Delivery does include entering:
- Official buildings.
- Offices.
Delivery Within Riyadh
Orders within Riyadh are delivered within 48 business hours, excluding Friday and Saturday.
Riyadh orders are delivered assembled and packaged.
Delivery Outside Riyadh
Orders outside Riyadh are delivered within 2 to 7 business days, excluding Friday and Saturday.
Orders outside Riyadh are delivered boxed and unassembled, and the customer is responsible for assembling the product.
Failure to Receive the Order
If the customer does not respond to the delivery representative’s calls or does not receive the order, delivery will be rescheduled for another available date.
Shipping Fees
The customer is responsible for shipping fees from the customer to KARASI in the amount of:
SAR 100 per chair.
Shipping and return fees are subject to the applicable shipping and return policies of the store.
9. Order Cancellation and Shipment Returns
If an order is cancelled and the shipment is returned after the order fulfillment process has been completed, the customer is responsible for the applicable costs and fees in accordance with the return policy, including:
- Shipment recovery or return costs.
- Applicable shipping fees.
- Applicable payment channel fees.
Order cancellations and returns are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the policies published on the KARASI website.
10. Order Verification
KARASI reserves the right to contact the customer to verify order details, payment method, delivery address, or any other information when necessary.
KARASI may also decline to complete or cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability.
- An obvious error in the product price or information.
- A problem with the payment transaction.
- Suspected unauthorized use of a payment method.
- Inability to verify the order details or contact the customer.
Where cancellation and refund are applicable, the payment will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment method, policies, and laws.

5 years from the date of purchase.
