RETURN, EXCHANGE & WARRANTY POLICY

This policy, together with the terms of use, setsout Karasi’s Store procedures and policies in accepting product return, once a product has been delivered to the user after purchase from the store. Any return of products by users shall be subject to the terms set out under this policy.

1)       RETURN

1.1.    Return & Exchange Period

You can return the product within (5) days of delivery or exchange it within (7) seven days.

1.2. Terms of Return & Exchange

In order to complete the return or exchange process of the product from https://karasi.sa must be met the following conditions:

1.2.1. If the product is damaged or missing parts.

1.2.2. If the product is different from the one that was requested.

1.2.3. If the product is in the same condition that you received it and completely clean.

1.2.4.If the product in the same packaging.

1.3.    Return Procedures

1.3.1. When requesting a refund of a product, it is subject to a check-up process to verify its condition, and the refund approved after confirming that the product status is identical to the return policy.

1.3.2. The original purchase invoice must be attached when initiating exchange or return procedures of the product.

1.3.3.The customer has the right to return the value of the product or replace it with another product as his chooses.

1.3.4.  No exchange is made in the presence of discounts or offers on the product.

1.4. Products that are not subject to this policy

Karasi Store shall not accept returns or exchanges requests for any of the following products:

1.4.1. Products that are made with size or  specific modifications.

1.4.2.  Products that are installed.

2)      REFUND

2.1.    Refund Procedures

2.1.1.  Once receiving a request to refund the purchase value and consideration it by us, we will send you an email to inform you that your request has been received, and we will inform you that your  request has been accepted or rejected.

2.1.2.  If approved, then your order will be processed, and you can receive your refund to your original payment method. This process may take up to (14) working days depending on the customer’s banking system.

2.1.3.   The customer has the right to refund the  full amount if the product received is completely different from the description of the product on the product page.
